Driver runtime indusoft

Hey guys, I have been having trouble with direct comms between indusoft v8 and micrologix over ethernet. I have followed all guides over and over again, even tried there driver check runtime with no results, I can see plc on rslinx, ping ip address and log into plc webserver on the network, so no issue there, I have all fire walls and antivirus etc turned off and makes no difference.
